Body

We can enter into ourselves through our bodies. We do this by becoming aware of our physical sensations, such as tightness in the neck, braced shoulders, pain in the back, or a knot in the stomach. The function of the body here is to give us information about ourselves  as a whole. It is often easier to notice a sensation in the body than it is to notice thoughts or feelings. Being aware of your physical sensations can help you make known what is unknown in your mind and emotions.
