Mind
A powerful way of entering into yourself is through the mind. The question of what the mind is, is complex and the answers are infinite. For our purposes here, Janie explains the mind as the host of our thoughts. Our thoughts can be busy, chaotic, cascading like a waterfall, confused or stuck. Other times our thoughts can be focused, calm, flexible and creative. It can be helpful to ask: "Where do I find myself on this continuum, most of the time?".
