Relationships

Janie uses this word to refer to 'connections'. Our ability to form connections help us to live healthy lives. The most important connection is the internal 'body-mind-and-emotion' connection. We tend to want to change the outside world so that we can feel more connected and happy. But attending first to our internal worlds can be very helpful in understanding and improving our relationships with others. Relationships on the other hand serve as important information and feedback systems about ourselves.
