Emotions
Our emotions reflect our feelings. And the stories and experiences we talk about in therapy carry our feelings. There is no such thing as good or bad feelings. All your feelings make up your soul and give you depth and make you interesting. You may however feel unable to express your feelings either because you feel overemotional or unemotional. It may also be that you feel very anxious. These states can be debilitating and can lead to 'dis-ease' if left unattended, but emotions in and of itself cannot make you ill.
