All of us will go through rock bottom at least once in our lives and get stuck even more. But if we accept it and have the tools to navigate these phases, we feel less anxious and more confident to prosper. When navigating your way through a dip, a Big Vision is the first thing you need to arrive at. Then you follow this success-proven formula:
1. Focus on the transition you want to go through
2. Define the results you want to achieve at the end of the transition
3. Identify the actions that will get you from your transition to your results
