Can you believe the end of the year is almost here? As days get longer - light early mornings and slow stretches of sundown are the things of summer dreams - my sights are firmly fixed on the last stretch of 2022. But by the time October hits every year, there’s a collective sense of exhaustion that sets in - after all, they say the hardest part of a race is the last mile.

So, in the lead up to year end, I’m taking an in-depth look at wellbeing, both mental and physical, to help you restore the energy you need to make it across the finish line.

Take a deep breath and gear up for a total mind-body reset with a tranquil session that’ll explore our physical and mental responses to stress, equip you with the tools to build sustainable habits and offer practical techniques grounded in science to improve your physical and mental wellbeing. 


In the session, I’ll uncover:

  • the relationship between mind, body, stress, and illness

  • the biology of stress and the negative effect of prolonged fight-flight/freeze response 

  • the importance of listening to your body every day and how to make wellbeing a daily habit 

  • the most effective Mind-Body techniques to improve your mental and physical wellbeing 


We’ll put it all together in a take home self-care plan that will restore your physical and mental energy as well as your hope!
